Admission instruction

1. You need to select the subject of your preference. Please see admission guideline for maximum allowed subjects.
2. Then you need to register yourself first by filling up few basic information in the Application form.
3. Then you will get a Unique Registration Number against your application. Keep it noted or take a print our of your registration number. Then continue to the rest application & upload your photo, signature & other supporting documents. (Please read the Admission guideline to know more about the admission documents)
4. After filling up the application form and successful payment, take a print out copy of the application form.
5. All admissions are provisional. The verification of all documents according to the declaration in form submitted will be done only on the date of commencement of classes. Admission will be cancelled if the documents are found not in conformity with the declaration in the forms submitted.
6. Applicants with payment completion within the stipulated date will only be considered for the merit list.
7. For admission related information visit the college website regularly.
8. If you have already registered with the college, you click on EXISTING APPLICANT (Blue Colour) button where you need to provide your Unique Registration Number to continue.
9. Modification is only allowed till you are not clicking on the Payment button. Once the Payment button is clicked no further modification is allowed although you can still login and view your information.
10. On successful application you will get a system generated Application Number in your final printed application form which you have to mention for all future correspondences. With the Unique Registration Number, you can always login by clicking on Existing Applicant and will be able to browse and modify your incomplete Application Form or take a print out of your successfully submitted Application Form.
11. Once you save the application you can always modify by logging EXISTING APPLICANT before you submit your application by paying online application fees.
12. If course of studies is already selected and payment challan is generated you cannot modify certain information that may affect your merit score. In such case you may apply as new applicant again.
13. Uploaded images size must be within 20kb.
14. Before taking admission, you must complete all information available in the application form before submitting the application.

Midnapore City College will send SMS through our official sender ID and email from @mcconline.org.in domain. Always check the status of your application at https://mcconline.org.in. MCC does not authorize any third party agents or person for admission process.
